Went to Taylor Swift concert with children and adults. We received a warm welcome from the hotel, and a friendship bracelet for the concert. They had a backdrop and cut out for you to take pics with Taylor Swift. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Great options for vegetarian and children. Great location. Overall, it was a great ambiance and it lifted our energies further. Will definitely be booking in the future.

Lovely hotel in very close proximity to Wembley Stadium and tube stations. Great breakfast. Family room was really spacious, with fully equipped kitchen (which we weren’t expecting!). The second bed in the family room is a sofa bed and I thought that might be an issue, but it was so comfortable and easy to set up I wouldn’t have known the difference. Would definitely recommend.

A clean and modern hotel in a really convenient location. The staff were friendly on arrival and especially kind to my baby throughout, offering him a little gift and accomodating us at breakfast. What was a let down was that despite calling in advance there was no travel cot waiting in the room, even after assurances that there would be. This was eventually rectified, to the hotel's credit.

You should put warning signs on your revolving door in Wembley before you switch it off at 11pm … then I wouldn’t walk into it hurting my foot at 11.01pm trying to check in with 2 young children.

It already started when we were to check in. We arrived after the time the check-in was but none of the rooms were ready for check-in. I asked if it was possible to get a different type of room, but it was not possible. The bed in the room was so unstable that it felt like a waterbed. We have a small child with us, when we asked if we could heat seaweed porridge, we were told that you are not allowed to bring food from outside. That is, the restaurant can not heat baby food. This under all criticism, especially when this is supposed to be a hotel that is supposed to be family-friendly. It says there is a minibar in the room. That's not true, there is an empty little fridge. When I asked to refill the minibar, they said it was not possible. The toilet door could not be closed. There is also no conditioner, toothpaste, tops, etc. You only get soap and shampoo of inferior quality. The worst of all was that the fire alarm went off several times. When I went down to the reception and asked if it was burning or what it was about, I got the answer "what a silly thing to say". When the fire alarm went off for the third time, I called the reception and asked if we needed to take any action, but was told by the receptionist that it was not her fault that the alarm went off. Very unprofessional and rude treatment from the staff. The only thing that was good about the hotel was a lady at the front desk who was nice and made sure someone came and screwed up our bed.
