The Palm Court Hotel

Close to all attractions, but far enough to have a peace and quiet environment to rest. Friendly staff. Free parking. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Swimming pool was a bonus for families with children. Just pefect for weekend away.

Hotel in excellent location with the big bonus of the pool which the children love. The staff are so lovely and accomodating and great with children. Stayed before and will stay again. Thank you.

I stay here a lot either on my own or with grandkids. We all love it here.

My family and I stayed at The Palm Court Hotel for 2 nights in August 2023 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the family room for the 4 of us was perfect for our needs and budget. The location of the hotel was excellent with a 10 minute walk to Britannia Pier and the hustle and bussle of Great Yarmouth centre. On site car parking included in the price was very convenient and helpful. We would definitely come and stay at this hotel again. Thank you to the staff of The Palm Court Hotel.

We had a really lovely stay at The Palm Court, staff were incredibly friendly. It was in an ideal location being it’s in the quieter end of the beach but also so easily walkable to the hustle and bustle of the seaside strip. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed utilising the swimming pool in the morning before breakfast. Only negative would be that it’s incredibly warm this time of year and that our family room got incredibly hot, it’s worth having a fan available in the rooms for guests to use. Apart from that really lovely stay.

Lovely clean hotel, staff all very friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely with very comfortable beds, plenty of room I the family room too. Breakfast was lovely, will definitely book again

The hotel is amazing!! It’s close to Britannia pier but not too close to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for families as it had everything. The kids loved the pool and I sat on the sun terrace with enjoying the sun ( husband was in the pool with kids). It has a games room. The restaurant is very accommodating, my teenager wanted something in the kids menu but knew it wouldn’t be big enough so they did an adult portion for her and adapted something for me. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. We had a family room with a sea view it was perfect and very clean and quiet. All staff were extremely friendly and went over and beyond. Lovely place to stay and would definitely stay here again as something from everyone and you didn’t feel uncomfortable with the kids.
