We stayed here as were seeing family at Cherry holiday park.
Didnt use hotel facilities apart from breakfast.

The dining area was nice, evening food very good.
I was surprised that breakfast wasn't included in the cost.

Good location and comfortable rooms, great food too. We enjoyed our stay, we have been visiting family in the area. We had a meal in the restaurant the first evening and it was delicious. Breakfast was good too. The beds are comfortable and the en suite good quality and accessible. I would prefer having a grab rail in the shower, and I would ask for a room which wasn't above the baring future as one night it was noisy and disturbed my sleep. I am a light sleeper. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Blocked basin found when first used and remained full, random new full size door in reception leaning on wall, possible hazard with small children in group, gutters overflow ing by front door, ( rain was light and did rain for several .

The room was dingy. I cleaned all surfaces with a Clorox Wipe. The night stand had something on it. I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and fly back to the US. They refused to give me a full or partial refund. I am sure there are better options.

It was lovely - a real surprise. We ate in The Muse restaurant and the food was lovely too - although the service could have been better! (table water arrived late also condiments we asked for - sugar for coffee and even a spoon for a child's icecream - plus steak knives. All arrived late). This did not spoil our enjoyment though!

Great 2 night stay at The Cliff Hotel, it's a nice hotel, located in a great spot in Gorleston - the reception staff were great and checked us in quickly - room was fine, it was a family room (could have been improved by having proper beds for the kids instead of a sofa bed, it was a little small for 2 boys) and had a decent bathroom/shower - pillows were a bit poor but the rest of the room was really nice - we dined at the hotel twice and food was great on both occasions. Breakfasts were exceptionally good with a decent choice of options. The 'outdoor' terrace is a great place to unwind with a drink, plenty of infra red heaters and must be great in the summer with the roof off! We would definitely stop here again if we were in the area!
