One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. We had a large family gathering in the restaurant and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Just a superb hotel.

Was looking for somewhere special to stay with family to attend Sovereign Parade at Sandhurst - this met all expectations and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s close to Sandhurst , parking was easy with room for other family members to join us for a meal in the Brassiere. Cocktails were in the sky bar are a must and the following meal was lovely . Impeccable service and fantastic food . The terrace outside on another evening watching sunset with a cool drink was another highlight . Sons enjoyed going to the gym . The rooms were beautifully decorated with very comfy beds . The view of the planes and runway was great . We would stay there again if in area but for anyone attending Sovereign Parade in future this makes the experience a truly special one .

Everything was lovely about the hotel at first then the TV stopped working. The girl on reception dealt with it while we were at breakfast. When we returned after a family party at about 11pm i discovered the TV to be on the blink again, called reception and they sent 2 men in suits, looked like security, one of the men wiggled the wires and said something about HDMI cables, which appeared to fix the issue but literally the second the door closed behind him the TV switched itself off, so I ran out and called him back only for the TV to continue to play on and off until I lost patience and told the gentleman that it didn't matter we would just have to watch something on our own tablet computers. As it was about half past 11 by this point. Woke up the next morning to the TV working fine until the time we went to check out at about ten to 11. When i went to check out the first thing the girl on reception did was get my name wrong, then wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid for! When we got through this she asked if everything had been OK with my stay, when I told her about the TV issues she just said "that's unfortunate" and gave me my receipt for the room. As i walked away stunned by the apathy I heard this girl try to charge my brother, who was checking out after me, for stuff he had already given credit card details to cover. When i turned back another girl had taken over telling my brother that the previous girl was in training. Awful end to my stay!

I don’t normally write reviews but had such an outstanding time at the Aviator that it feels right to! We travelled as a family with two young kids and although it’s a hushed, luxurious vibe, we couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Staff were outstanding - friendly, efficient - our bags were waiting in our rooms with gifts on kids’ suitcases. Rooms large and luxuriously furnished. Beds insanely comfortable! Whole place was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff at breakfast went over and above, and all staff were just lovely. Our rooms were airside and we had hours of fun plane watching. We will definitely return!!

From check in to departure the experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is design led and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had drinks in the sky bar with family, and dinner in the restaurant- the food was exquisite. Our room overlooked the airport gulf stream jet hangar which was fascinating to watch.
