Big thank you to Bethany, Havey and Gary, I wish I could remember more staff’s name as everyone works in this hotel is so nice and professional. I am so lucky to get an upgrade for my room, this hotel should be rated 5 stars. Service is perfect, my room is nice , clearn and comfortable. I paid 50 pounds for gala Ester dinner, it is very good value as I got drink and 5-course dinner. I love this hotel and will definitely come back with my family. Thank you to everyone in this hotel.

Great hotel and room was good. The shower was fantastic. I wasn’t there long as visiting family & friends. But looks good and recommend.

We usually stay here when visiting family up the road in Bickington. Generally very luxurious but the beds were a bit hard for our liking. Staff are friendly,polite and efficient.

Yet another fabulous stay at the Imperial. Staff and service impeccable as always. We don't eat there as we are visiting family and go out to eat with them but there menu looks great and readonably priced
