Our stay was absolutely fantastic - we came for the weekend with our baby boy and our 2 dogs and stayed in a dog friendly room. The room was beautiful, very comfortable with everything we could have needed, including a goody bag for the dogs which they were very pleased about! The pub itself is beautiful and the food and service was fabulous - the staff could not do enough for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

The whole ambience of the Bear was good. Loved the style & decor of the place. Staff were efficient & friendly. Young grandchildren visited us in the afternoon & games were available for them in the bar. A thoroughly lovely stay - wished it was longer!
