We had the most incredible stay for our baby moon. It’s such a stunning location. Really special! The restaurant and bar staff, the design, the atmosphere is just perfect.

Booked based on photos on website which looked great but reality was far different. Room in stable block dark cold and gloomy - there was no working heating anywhere in block. Spa full of noisy children and pool time cut short as one was sick in pool! Breakfast was poor and lacked care and attention typified by both myself and wife having egg shell in ours eggs benedict. Was a relief to check out so we could enjoy the fabulous area. Wish we had stayed at the close by Green Dragon next time which we found much more hospitable with great food too

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Only complaint would be the "children" time slots in the spa were not observed and every time we visited it was full of kids loud and not very relaxing!

This property has so much potential. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms comfortable. However, the vibe is not at all what you would expect from a Cotswold Country manor. Seems as though they are trying to hard to be cool, hence the club music going on through the manor 24/7, including at 7:30am. Also, the staff at the front desk stares at their computers all day and night. Also, beware when you book, especially with families.The advertise the room as being once price, but then add on quite a bit of $ for your children to stay per night. When I asked about the extra 500Euro charge, I received a rathe curt response. Good news is that this property is under new management, and will hopefully give it the attention this beautiful place deserves.
