Just what I needed for a one night stay whilst visiting family. I like Holiday Inn Express for these trips. You know what to expect, the rooms are clean, comfortable and have what you need. Check in was efficient and friendly.

An excellent place to stay over whilst visiting family. A short drive from Cambridge. Comfortable, clean and lovely staff. Only minus is, there is no food served in the evening but they do a good cooked breakfast which is included.

Staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. Breakfast was good and there was consideration for vegan family members. Only con, the room for three adults was a little too tight. If staying for longer than one night, this would have been a little uncomfortable. although room was very clean, tidy and heating was easy to control!

Lovely location and condition, unfortunately one of male receptionist spoken incredibly poor English, therefore he couldn't address my requirement for a cot for my 18 month old grandchild

Good, efficient hotel. Good car park. Rooms very clean and comfortable, but this is a virtually brand new build hotel, so wouldn’t expect anything else. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast area too small to accommodate all bookings. This hotel includes a breakfast in the price of the room but eating area isn’t big enough for this. Breakfast good and staff kept everything on buffet stocked up. Shame for size of hotel and family friendly they only had 2 high chairs available. Our 18month old had to eat his breakfast on our knees.

Check in staffs were very friendly. Smooth check in. Rooms were clean and new. It was a comfortable stay for my family. A short drive distance to Cambridge.

The hotel had lovely public areas to sit and relax and plenty of parking. Our room looked great, until the sofa bed was made up for our son, the sofa bed was huge and almost entirely filled the remaining floor space, turning our room into an uncomfortable and unsafe feeling obstacle course. I'm astonished that this is deemed acceptable in terms of fire safety, we literally had to climb in and out of our room. Also, there is a smoking shelter in front of the hotel, which was being used for drinking until the early hours, this kept is awake and wasnt conducive to a family stay.
