We stayed one night prior to a family wedding. The reception staff were very helpful and all staff were equally helpful. Could not fault breakfast, options covered everything and staff were again very helpful explaining how it worked.

At night there was rude children running loose until after 12. The air conditioning was broken and was making too much noise to sleep on the third floor, when it was complained about the staff replied ‘we know about it’. No lift from Friday night due to the children playing in it. The staff were respectful and generally helpful.

Great place to stop if you want a clean friendly overnight stay. Friendly helpful staff & lovely buffet breakfast.Convenient for us close to family when visiting so will be back. Comfortable beds & pillows & even being close to the motorway you dont ‘hear’ the traffic. Thank you.

Having been relatively satsified with previous stays here, this time was enough to put me off staying again. The room was located at the rear of the hotel, and was extremely noisy due to the motorway that runs alongside it (this is not an issue in the front rooms). When we arrived, there was one towel between a family of four, and that towel had a suspicious stain on it. The replacement towels given when requested (without much of an apology or care) were torn and tatty. The hot food is awful but that is common in Holiday Inns I suppose.
