Very friendly family run business with comfy rooms and good breakfast. The service levels are very high and make up for the fact the property is a little dated. Well done

The hotel was easy to get to and th re was plenty of parking spots. We were a family of 4. The breakfast was superb and we had a very good choice to choose from. The room was clean and was big enough except around the double bed which was in an alcove, so was quite tight to get into bed without crawling over it. There was a lift there but was very narrow, so we preferred to walk up the stairs. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we return to Blackpool.
