Would stay again, with a view I need to eat out as they don’t cater for celiac disease, noting this was a child, or asked if there were any allergies etc. the rooms where spotless , beds very comfortable indeed, with a good range of products in the bathroom and shower , BBC 1 (tv) has no volume, and more information about such issues is times of check out & extra costs of parking would be beneficial. Albeit a very comfortable stay, near to fair and transport links such as trams .

Check in was slow, it was booked late so I never seen the email offering online check in. I parked my car in the Hotel car park and gave my car details when checking in, on check out I was told I owed £35 for parking . The reason I chose this hotel, which is not in a prime location, was the lack of and cost of parking in Blackpool nearer the attractions and there was no mention when booking that there was a cost for parking(I was told at checkout I should have read the sheet of paper I was handed when I arrived). If this information was on the web site I would have reviewed the cost and booked else where.
The family room is not a family room but a double room with two double beds in it and little or no room for your clothes.
Breakfast was terrible, they do not have the capacity to deal with a full hotel so after standing in a queue for 20 min and get to where the food is(whats left) there was no plates or trays, by the time you get something and get back to a table it is cold. This is not the staffs fault as they tried their best.

The hotel is overall in an excellent condition and well maintained room and outside areas.
Our experience as a family was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will recommend to any families travelling with kids.
Included breakfast was cheery on top with lot of excellent choices for everyone including vegetarian folks like me !!

Family of 4 staying but towels, cups, glasses in room for 3.
There are no bars near and the hotel bar had run out of all draugt beers, Guinness, Magners..all little things but you expect more from Hampton Hilton.
That said, everything else was great. We parked at the door for free, room was great (not huge for a family and not much storage) with good amenities.
Breakfast was very good and a great selection.
A bit off the beaten track but kids love trams and there is a stop right outside.

We stayed for one night in a family room. The hotel is modern, very clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
My only issue, which overall was small was the bathroom door would not lock and slid open constantly.
Overall the room was a good size for the thee of us with Two big beds. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower.
Food overall was good with a decent choice of kids meals. Breakfast was included in our booking and was very nice.
I would recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Rooms were clean but small for a family. Not much space for clothes.
Food in the evening was shocking and expensive for what you got.

Away from the crowds but walkable distance from all main attractions. Good for families. Has tramline stop directly outside too. The Sandcastle waterpark was a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel. The main Blackpool pleasure beach is a few minutes walk away.

Rather disappointing standards for a Hilton hotel. £30 to park on site for 2 nights was a ridiculous cost considering the price it was to book this for our family.
We also were not provided a cot for our young child so therefore had to sleep with her in our bed.
Room wasnt cleaned on the first day which was disappointing since we left the room around 11am.
Beds were rock hard and on the first night we had a constant noise bouncing outside the room which resulted in a disrupted sleep - alongside the flickering light on the smoke alarm.
Breakfast was ok and dinner was average but overall not value for money. Felt let down to a degree on what the Hilton offered overall.

Well it was poorly managed the first night was good then on the second night they had a coach party in and it went down hill very badly there was no control over the coach party. It was a coach party of kids/ teenagers and the hotel couldn't cope or control them and they were running a muck of the hotel and they were knocking on peoples doors till 12 am at night so very poorly run,and I did report it but waste of time such a shame no control.
