Such a lovely hotel! The family room was fantastic as had a twin bedroom off the main bedroom. So nice to be able to watch TV while kids are going to sleep in their own room, rather than be stuck sitting in the dark when all 4 of us are sharing one bedroom. The hotel and grounds are very well kept, with a feeling of grandeur. We all slept well in really comfy beds and enjoyed a great buffet breakfast and stroll around the grounds in the morning. A credit to the owners and friendly staff. The hotel is well located and we stayed after visiting Winter Funland at the NEC. In the evening, we and had a short trip to Star City a few miles up the road, for a meal and game of indoor golf.

We stayed and everyone was friendly and professional, it was a sad event for my family. Our waitress and all the staff were outstanding, chef even made me a lovely ice cream and fruit sundae, the food was lovely aswell. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. We had dinner both evenings and everything was great. We will return hopefully for a leisurely stay rather than a sad occasion. Thank you castle Bromwich Hall.

We decided to stay here to attend a family function nearby, having been to a function here previously. We booked a superior double room. On arrival the check in was smooth and without fuss. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view onto the front drive. The bed and bedding was comfortable and we slept well. At breakfast the staff were attentive and efficient and the toast and full English arrived quickly. There was a very good selection for the continental breakfast and the full English was tasty with just the right quantity and quality. All the staff we had dealings with were pleasant, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What a fabulous stay and hotel! Thank you to all the staff. I cant believe the value for money to stay for a night! I'm going to bring my family in November and make a weekend of a trip to some sights.
