Stayed on Friday night and on first appearances the hotel looks amazing. This does not disappoint elsewhere, it’s the clean and the rooms are comfortable and well kitted out. Swimming pool is great to use during the stay also. However, food is average but the prices that they charge is overly priced. Couldn’t go wrong with the burger my partner and eldest son had and the child’s pizza my youngest had, however I had the belly pork and when it came out it was cold and the mash was I believe powdered mash. We paid the bill when leaving to later be rang in our room at 9pm after putting the kids to bed to be asked if we could go down to reception to pay for a child’s meal that they forgot to charge us for in the first place. Absolutely not after we were all in bed, why could this not wait until the morning? Got home and realised that I had a pending card transaction for £60 from the hotel. Rang them and they didn’t know what it was for, so did reverse it but please check your accounts after this stay. All in all lovely hotel but food let it down and aspects of customer service

Nice looking hotel, breakfast decent, room nice and clean, staff in restaurant friendly. Would probably eat nearby next time. Would recommend if within budget. Has free parking and WiFi . Shame you can't book other guests, kids shouting in corridors morning and evening and other adult male guests kicking off on level 2, fighting shouting bagging doors being inconsiderate to others trying to sleep, during this stay

The hotel was lovely. We stayed in a family room which was great as it had the single beds in a room off the main bedroom. All the staff were friendly and very helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. The only small thing was that our food wasn’t very hot when eating in the restaurant but it was taken away and returned really hot without any quibble.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We're a family of 6 and usually have to book 2 separate rooms, but this hotel enabled us to all stay in one room. We came the day before we went to Legoland Windsor, but in truth, the stay at the hotel was a huge part of the fun. Room was absolutely fantastic, we were genuinely blown away. Clean, tidy and small touches that really are a luxury. It's within driving distance of plenty of shops if you need anything. Staff are so friendly and polite. Breakfast is fantastic, lots of hot and cold options. Chefs bringing food out are really friendly too. We went to the pool for an hour and our kids had a brilliant time. We cannot wait to come back another time and do it all again! What an absolutely fantastic hotel.

Nice enough hotel. party of two (1 child, 1 adult). Stayed 1 night at the Coppid Beech Hotel for a LEGOLAND Windsor trip. It was a Sat night and a wedding reception meant it was busy and noisy. There is a night club at the hotel and I was a little apprehensive about this. Whilst we were not bothered by the night club in room 101, there was a lot of doors banging loudly which disturbed our sleep. The room was very stuffy and being on the ground floor and facing out to the front of the hotel, we were unable to open a window. The air conditioning / thermostat unit did not function. The room was spotless, everything you need apart from sweeteners option and two small complimentary bottles of water. My son was a bit disappointed that there were no children’s channels on the TV. We did not make use of the pool but did have a look and the changing rooms etc all looked clean. The jacuzzi was out of action during our visit. Staff were very nice and helpful and the buffet breakfast was really nice along with the room service pizza.

We stayed for one night in a family room while visiting friends in Bracknell. Beautiful clean room and a nice space for the extra beds. We would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and modern and moderately well equipped. The restaurant is a little dated with a very limited menu but OK. Bar area was very noisy with lots of kids (it was weekend) with a loud disco coming from an adjacent room with a private party. It wasn’t a pleasant place to enjoy a drink. Breakfast was extremely busy with lots of families even at 0800.

Staff were nice and helpful. Clean place. Pool is a lot smaller than photos and there were swimming lessons going on and members in the pool at the weekend. Some guy had his phone pointed towards the pool where the kids were swimming, looked like he was texting but who knows. For kids safety this is very irresponsible of the hotel to allow this. Signs up stating no phones around the pool were not enforced. Food was terrible. Expensive. Bone dry children’s burger with bone dry bun. Breaded chicken with a handful of rocket, I could buy better at the local supermarket. I didn’t complain about food as I wanted to enjoy what little time I had with my kids. Breakfast wasn’t much better. Bathrooms were very nice looked like they’d just been redone. As I said staff were nice, clean place but I wouldn’t chose to stay here again.
