Sentido Kamelya Selin Hotel

Worst customer service. They over booked so we didn't get the room we paid for. They kept on telling us they will get us the right room after an argument every day (we stayed SEVEN days!!!) yet they never did. Everything in the room was broken: safe, fridge, no towels, no replenish of coffee or water (that was all included in all-inclusive). Worst part: they gave my husband and I two beds and not one double like we booked. Couldn’t even sleep next to my husband on our annual vacation!! Ruined our family trip big time.

Great hotels with lots of facilities for a family getaway. Friendly staff

This was the 2nd time my family have stayed at the Selin, we booked the family 2 bedroom Suite which was the best available. Our previous stay was so amazing that we were really excited. I had emailed with the hotel that we needed a lower floor. On arrival we were given a room on the 6th floor. So I said no, so they gave us a room on the 1st floor. On entering the porter tried to turn the lights on but living room area had 1 tiny uplight on the wall so it was in darkness. The 2nd bedroom had 1 light so again it was dark and tiny windows. We were really upset as this wasn’t the room we booked. I went back to reception and they said they’d move us the next day. So our first night was spend in a very dark depressing room. Not very good for over £400 per night! The 2nd day I was shown a room with a view of an asphalt roof which stunk of tar, which was rejected. Finally we were given the room we paid for at the end of the corridor (rooms ending in 10 are family rooms). So we enjoyed our holiday until the last night. My daughter had been Vomiting with a bug so we wanted to keep the room till 5pm, I was told price which was fine. Next morn went to pay. “hotel is full-no extension!”. So I showed her the written note of price etc. the woman was NASTY and rude. Told me to take my vomiting child to a cabana in 40degree heat. Told me I’d already complained and moved rooms over a lamp! Said we’d been given a free cabana! (We’d paid!) The manager arrived & gave me a room immediately.

Best all inclusive experience for the whole family

It's a very good hotel especially for family,

It was all what what we expected good food and all the fun kids love. But away from all the service expected from any resorts I have to give them the credit for being great on human level. Last minute readjustments on my booking meant I was needing support to regroup my family and Sentido Selin did me proud. They have listened and accommodated me to have all my kids in one place. Thank you and big shout out to Sena, Layla and the team. The only thing I can add and not sure how it works but we were admitted to hospital and stayed overnight once discharged came to the resort there was no note or token of reassurance or mention of the medical emergency wether we were ok or needed any help or support. Infect the receptionist didn’t even know anything about our medical emergency and that we were two day away from hotel even after having all our details in front of them. I stayed in resorts before and had kids who were unwell and I had always had hotel following up and providing and being there for reassurance.

We stayed at Kamelya hotel for a family reunion. Every family had a different room type and at the check in, they mixed up our reservation with another family and refused to give us the room we booked!!! Finally!! After arguing for 20 minutes they found out that they have made a mistake and gave us the right room. The hotel overall is OK. Spa center is amazing. Bit they need major renovation and more training for their staff. We stayed at Selin

Unfortunately everything went very badly from check in until check out. Reception stuff not friendly, room was old, very cold and barbecue smell came into our room hole night so we couldn't sleep. We paid 50e extra for one child cause we needed a room for family and they gave us room where was bed for 3person. They didn't do anything about to fix this. Service was very far away from 5star hotel. Everything was so badly handed that I would not recommend no one this hotel. I just wanted to leave from this hotel and we stayid only one night and paid 250e, terrible.

Was very family friendly, yet I did not receive any VIP Silver treatment

During check-in we were told by rude lady at reception that they dont have a room available for us (booked 2 months in advance and paid) and we have to share an apartment with another family for 2 days (we have a small kid and they have toddler). This is highly unprofessional and totally unacceptable, especially on 5 star hotel. After more than half hour of arguing they offered us a room for disabled persons without possibility of change. This was our 5th and also last stay in this hotel. Room we had was also outdated and would deserve reconstruction.
