Tuvana Hotel - Special Class

Our stay at Tuvana Hotel while visiting Antalya was absolutely perfect. Although we initially had a difficult time finding parking, the staff quickly helped us locate and access their lot. The hotel was beautiful and we were greeted with fresh fruit and a complimentary bottle of wine. While there were many stairs to access our room which could be a problem for some, we were afforded a lovely balcony and were situated well away from any street noise. Our room was well-stocked with all of the amenities including a lovely bath and very comfy bed. The hotel was very centrally located and the breakfast buffet and onsite restaurants were delicious. We will definitely return and will recommend Tuvana Hotel to friends & family when visiting Antalya.

The location is great, very close to shops and places to eat. Around 7 mins walk to Mermerli harbour, which is a lively place with lots of places to eat, boat ride etc. Its an old building, though has its own rustic charm. We were given a room which was nowhere close to the photos of the room we booked and mucj smaller room for a family of four. After mentioning that, we were swiftly given another spacious room. There were no lifts in the building which was challenge with young kids and stroller, however, staff helped with luggage while checking in and out. When asked for iron, we were told that its not allowed to use iron in the room as its historic building. After 1st day, when tea bags were  running low in supply, we were told there were no stock of tea bags left to replenish, which was a surpise for a hotel of that size, and we were asked to get tea bags on our own from the market. Staff helped with booking taxi when needed. Breakfast was fine, with few vegetarian options.  There are few attached beautiful restaurants, one of them is fine dining with beautiful ambience. Overall, it was a good experience.
