Ozkavak Hotel Kaleici

Staff is acting as family. I really enjoy stay at the property.

The hotel is situated in a great area within walking distance of hadrians gate, the old bazaar and the harbour. There are also plenty of restaurants to at nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, they went out their way to make the stay 5*. We didn't have an adapter for our phone charger when we arrived at 3am and we asked the staff who didn't have one available, but when we about to go and buy one at 10am they had one ready for us at the desk. The hotel itself is cleaned daily and new towels given everyday. The pool was always clean and a decent size. The food at the hotel restaurant was also nice and priced well. The family room we stayed in was much bigger than expected. It was split into 2 separate rooms with a bathroom each, which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and hot water in the shower with good pressure. We had an amazing stay, thank you to everyone and we'll definitely be recommending to friends and family!

I’m covered in bedbug bites after 2 nights in this hotel. The management said they’d never had this issue before and tried to claim we brought them with us (despite a google review from 3 weeks ago that also suffered the bedbugs). All of the furniture is upholstered including the bed frames so they could be anywhere. We arranged to have all of our belongings professionally cleaned, but the manager said he would have someone come pick our things up and take care of it. We then got a bill of 5000 lira for the cleaning. They tried to move us to a different room (next door) for the extra day we had to stay while our things were washed but that room was also infested. Hotel denied our request for a refund for the stay. Staff/service was fine otherwise. The restaurant was out of over half of the menu items for the duration of our stay. After our kids went swimming in the pool they told us it wasn’t cleaned and people shouldn’t swim in it.

We had a wonderful stay here,all staff and owner were very helpful, specially yavuz(osman). Our kids loved the pool and we loved the central location, if ever back in antalya we would only come back to this hotel

This hotel met our needs well and met our expectations at its price point. We were looking for a room where we could all stay together (parents and two teens) at a reasonable price and close to everything, and the family room worked out great. Only negative was no hot water on a couple of nights where I would have liked it. Know that the nearby mosque is loud in the morning if you are not used to that. Housekeeping did a great job when we asked for room to be cleaned.

Staff are very attentive and helpful, the manager Sedat and the owner Hurshid would go the extra mile, Hurshid arranged a trip to the various waterfalls with private transport which the kids absolutely loved. Bardey, Turga, Rasmus were great with the kids, always willing to entertain. Rooms need an upgrade but the price reflects that. The Only downside was on the last day as we left for the airport which was 8am we were unable to have any breakfast even though it was more or less ready but the cook insisted that we can only start at 8am. I felt this was quite unreasonable as it was ready and available and we wanted to keep it light due to the traveling. Besides this minor miscommunication I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location, comfortable beds, large room for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Yummy breakfast and the kids loved the pool! 🙌

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Clean , nice atmosphere , pool for kids, in the heart of the old town, Old Ottoman villa style. We had early morning flight, they made for us sandwiches to go. Very nice people are working . We would like to recommend this place.
