This hotel was perfect for our family trip! It was clean and comfortable! The rooms are big enough and have good explosive to sun. Air condition gif very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We were never been frownd upon no matter what happens ! The manager is also very polite and cooperative. He cares for his customers and for them to have the best stay The breakfast is pleasant.

Terrible stay and would not recommend it to anyone. The air condition was not working. We were family of four with two young children on the fourth floor, the room was unbearably hot. We have complained to the reception and nothing was done ,we were told leave the window open and it will get cooler later. We couldn’t sleep that night at all and ended up leaving the hotel very early the next morning. Would not recommend it to anyone

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights (myself, wife and 3 years old son). I made the booking last minute and was a bit apprehensive but all concerns went away after we checked in. All the receptionists (Mustafa, Adnan, Lucky) were super friendly and helpful. Really appreciated their useful advices and they were always ready to help. After a long journey, it feels great to be greeted by smiling staff. Room: The hotel feels new and rooms are spacious (our king size bed was big enough for our toddler to sleep with us). We stayed in late May and relied on AC to cool the room and it worked perfectly. We stayed on 4th floor but had no issues with water pressure during shower and hot water was also available. Food: We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and there was always a good variety of food options. The two ladies preparing & serving the breakfast were also friendly. Location: You couldn't ask for a better location. Tram stop Muratpasa is literally 2/3 minutes walk away. The tram from Antalya Airport takes approx. 25 minutes to reach Muratpasa so it's super convenient to take the tram (which only costs 6.7 lira if you have Antalya smart card- which you can purchase for 11.5 lira and can share with your partner). The hotel is also located short walk away from Antalya mall, plenty of restaurants, currency exchange shops and the old town). Close to the hotel is an Ottoman era mosque with a peaceful green space around it. Highly recommend to visit it if you stay at the hotel.
