Spacious room for family of 4. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi bath at patio out side of our room. Nice &Relaxing.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT 2 TIME VISITING AND THIS TIME IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS BDAY AND THE STAFF WAS AMAZING SENT BIRTHDAY TO HER ROOM SINGING AND MADE HER FEEL SO HAPPY , THIS RESORT HASNT CHANGE, THE STAFF IS GREAT, THE ROOMS WERE VERY COMFORABLE, CLEN AND SPACIOUS , EVERYONE IS SO PLEASANT HERE ALWAYS, FROM THE BREAKFAST STAFF TO THE SKY BAR, TO DINNER , THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL FOR BOOKING TRIPS AND GIVING LIL JEWELS ON WHAER TO GO ON THE ISLAND... OVERALL AN WONDERFUL PROPERTY WITH AWESOME STAFF AND GOOD BREAKFAST , BEACH AND STORES ARE NOT EVEN A FIVE MINS WALK ... TAXI, TUKTUK ARE 2 MIN WALK OUT TO THE ROAD OR THE Staff can arrange for pick up at the property... I recommend for families, solo or friends trip its a great place and the sunset at the pool is absolutly breathless... :) until next time thank you for being so kind to us and making our experience so great for a second time....

Good location for families and the 2 bedroom units are great. Great pool.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom family suite. 2 adults and 1 seven year old. Bedroom downstairs and living room upstairs was perfect for when child went to bed at night and adults stayed up for a couple of hours upstairs in the living room. If you are happy to walk, like us, the hotel is only 20 mins from Bangla Road, 25 mins from Junceylon Shopping Centre and only 10 mins walk from our favourite restaurant (No. 9 2nd Restaurant). Pool overlooking beach is great. Only downside is that there are only about 6 sunlounges in the front row, so if you have kids it can be hard to see your kids from the sunlounges unless you are in the front row. Delicious breakfast buffet. Terrific and helpful staff. Beach literally 50m or less walk from hotel reception. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Okay overall. Bit run down but guessing that’s just being shut for a few yrs during covid. Staying in deluxe junior suite.

We stayed in a bunch of places in Thailand and this was our last place in Phuket, it was in a cool location and had a lovely fairly convenient short walk to the beach. I was trying to find a hotel that the beach access would be immediate, this was as close as possible without actually being on the beach. The kids LOVED the pool which is not my thing, but once I did go up there, I appreciated the gorgeousness of the view of the ocean through the pool (why would anyone not go directly to the ocean?) We liked our room very much and the coffee in the room, we also had a tub with whirlpools on the balcony which rocked! We also loved that our room was upstairs, and we had some privacy from our children (as much as one can even hope for) it was a really wonderful ending to an epic vacation.

I booked a junior suite with pool access apparently the best room in the hotel, however the room was ok except wifi didn’t reach to my room and the tv aerial was broke so picture fuzzy. The reason I was disappointed is my room was in a completely different building to the pool, sky bar and eating area so each time I visited the pool I had to walk across the road and up 7 floors when people who paid less for basic room had everything on their doorstep In my pool access area jacuzzi not working and the so called pool was just a steam going around the building Also the location of the hotel is much further than advertised Luckily I only stayed 2 nights and cancelled the rest of my stay and moved hotels Expedia fantastic and refunded me my money

We stayed in the junior suite with private pool. Room in excellent condition, free wi-fi. Staff always went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Had food at the hotel’s restaurant a few nights and always of top quality. The waitresses there always provided us with excellent customer service. They have buffet nights a few times a week which we found to always be of high standard with plenty of choice. Patong Beach is only a minute walk from the hotel. The hotel’s infinity pool is excellent with an incredible view. If I were to travel to Phuket again, I would 100% stay here again.

We went there on 9th sept as it was my hubby's birthday and the hotel arranged a cake for him which made him so happy. We took the junior suite pool access room and it was well maintained. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. They always had a friendly greet whenever we passed by them. Special mention to the guy who sang every night in the restaurant. Great voice n talent. Will definitely stay here again next time.

It was well suited for a family with teenagers, and the spa proving to be relief at night. the all in one shampoo and conditioner not so good, so recommend bring your own, or invest in some conditioner. Breakfast okay, limited choice for westerners, would be nice to change it up some days
