My family and I spent 3 nights in a villa with private pool Absolutely loved it Our butler Bim was a lovely young lady, very helpful and friendly Will recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Excellent experience. Service is excellent. Everything has been taken care of. Activities are also great! Whole family is extremely happy. Only issue is that there is something wrong with aircon and we didn't sleep well on that night. Issue got fixed the second day. Highly recommend!

Overall the hotel is very nice and posh; however, it’s the small details that make a hôtel great and this hôtel has the potential for greatness — for instance the air conditioning in my room never worked properly especially in the bathroom (sometimes I froze and other times I roasted.). The elevator buttons work if you know the trick. The “adult only” pool was where all of the kids hung out making it the “kids pool” and meanwhile the kids’ pool was empty and quiet. The adult section should be where the kids’ pool is located and every chaise should have a food and beverage menu. The bar is useless because it’s not inviting and in the middle of nowhere… have a signature cocktail too! When I checked out, I noticed that the hôtel has bikes and kayaks which no one ever mentioned or offered. This hôtel caters to families with lots of kids… it is not a place where you will find quiet solitude. On the plus side, the secluded location is beautiful overlooking Koh Phi Phi island in the distance. All of the rooms are spacious with views of the bay. And the huge tub is a treat. The breakfast is excellent too. The water and popsicles served at the pool are a plus too.

We spent one week in a bay pool villa with our 2 kids (aged 3,5). Resort has beautiful grounds and architecture with spectacular views of Phang Nga bay and Andaman sea enjoyed esp at breakfast. Very kid friendly with kids club and kid pool. Food was high quality if a little limited in choices (Thai, Italian, Spa cuisine). Common pool was one of the best resort pools we've experienced with amazing vistas, sunsets. Great spa. Good free activities for adults and kids. Room a little dated with quirky furnishings and tile floors which were slippery. Didn't go to their private beach as you need to drive 20 mins then 10 min boat ride.
