Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa

The perfect stay for a family holiday but not quite a 5 star. We did enjoy the location and the view from the rooms, the room cleaning and bar staff were 5 star, check in needs to be addressed.

Loved the layout of the hotel and the rooms at Pullman. Quite a large hotel so the shuttle service to get around is great. The kids and I enjoyed the use of each pool each day and swimming in the beautiful waters of Karon Beach just across the road. Best to get an ocean view room imo as these are closer to the beach and breakfast and reception etc. We loved that there are tuk tuks on the beach side of the hotel that can take you 6 mins away to Kata for night markets and yummy inexpensive meals. Or that if you turn right and walk 7 mins along the beach, there are great massages available. The only issue we had was at checkin where I had booked a deluxe twin sea View room with 2 double beds on Expedia for myself and 2 children and was told these room types only had two single beds and we would either have to pay extra for a rollaway bed to be added or move to a family room & pay an extra charge for this room type (with 2 queen beds) even though they had only garden views available. It took a bit of talking from my end to convince reception staff that it was not my problem that a 3rd party is selling their rooms incorrectly, I paid quite a bit for 1 room that would fit my family and did not agree that the onus was on me to pay for an extra bed once I arrived. I suggested they contact Expedia to sort this out to avoid any similar issues in the future and they eventually agreed to comp the extra bed.

Staff were very good and friendly. Hotel located in a very a large area. Hotel is old and lot of maintenance are happening. A nice hotel for families with kids.

Great location! The beach is a small walk away along with shops and foods. I went there with my girlfriend and we had an awesome time. Karon beach is one of the best we went to. Hotel had very nice staff members. Only down fall was at times it seemed like the main pool was over ran with little kids running and splashing. But other then that, I would recommend this place!

Love this beautiful large garden hotel. Great swimming pool for kids. Near the beach. Cleaners work very hard. Spacious room. There s a small lovely cafe near the hotel just before 7/11 (front of the hotel then turn right) called High dose cafe. Recommended good food and drink there! One thing to remember-when check in, you have to deposit 4,500 baht.

This hotel has been there a while but is still up to scratch. It dominates the skyline of Karon Beach and despite its age is still a great place for couples or families. The elevators could do with an upgrade but thats about it. Pools are good, room service prices reasonable and staff well trained and friendly. I keep coming back.

Great Hotel, lovely staff. The resort has numerous pools and beautiful gardens. It shocked me to find it did not have Australian TV. I thought all quality hotels in Thailand had Australian TV. If you want the big resort experience with kids or without this is a good choice close to the beach and a short walk to the action. Breakfast is good, either by the pool or lagoon. I strongly suggest to management to get the Australian TV channel. I care about Aussy sports and love watching them abroad and this should just be a given at such a large and pricey hotel.

My family of three had a very pleasant experience staying at Hilton Arcadia Phuket . Staff were very helpful and warm. I would like also to comment on the services of a female staff serving at Cafe Cino on 10th June , she was very helpful, I needed help to print my boarding pass and she took the trouble to help me connect to the IT Dept to get the staff down to help me . Very impressed by your hotel's staff pro active attitude to serve hotel stayers. Yes I will recommend my friends and relatives to stay in this hotel . Beautiful landscapes and quiet . Perhaps the hotel could have more variety for the buffet breakfast instead of repeating the menu daily. Other then that I have no complaints..Well done to all staffs at Hilton Arcadia

Spotless resort that integrates adults and children on the awesome facilities, I would say it needs chairs and shades at the actual beach otherwise 5/5

Entire experience was terrific as a family of 5 we were able to enjoy a great holiday with fantastic staff and facilities throughout.
