Dislikes - no hot water, need to cross very busy road to get to beach, price of food and drinks very expensive. Likes - room configuration for families, gym, pool.

The hotel is ok for family with kid, the interior is dated, at times the music in the pool is too loud, should have more than one swimming pool, one for the kiddies and one for adult, the room bar prices is outrages.

We stayed at this hotel 14 days and this was our 3rd time to visit Swissotel Phuket. We have picked this particular location because of the room size and family friendly environment. Most of the facilities are on ground floor so there is not much climbing for the little ones. The service was good although motivational levels of employees seem to be varying. We would like express our special thanks to Leo who always made our breakfasts special with extra care, smile and interesting stories to tell. The close by beach makes it very attractive destination since Kamala beach still remains somewhat underpopulated. All together we had such wonderful stay and wish to extend our gratitude towards all the employees at Swissotel Phuket.

our family (2A2C1B) stayed at 2br ground floor w easy access to the pool and not far fr the kids club. Room: spacious main living room w free wifi firm beds,variety of cable channels, generally clean. lighting too dim,no bathtub, toilet too cramped and badly designed, bedrooms quite cramped, no stove and cooking utensils, cleaners dont sweep the floor properly tends to be sandy. pool was nice and big tho you cant lap. kids club was manned by helpful staff but ps equipment abit faulty. location near kamala beach with loads of food options and not far fr patong or bigger shopping malls. car is not a must but convenient

Staff is very dedicated and efficient. Swiss Hotel in Phuket is ideal for families. The proximity from the Kamala beach is very appreciated.
