A family-run place, nicely located near the historical park, many old temples and the elephant palace. in a green and quiet par of town. highly recommended if you're looking for something simple and quiet! The hosts are friendly and helpful.

So happy we stayed here! It was like staying with family, if they catered to your every need! The property is gorgeous and close to themain centeal ruins complex (about a 10 min walk). The owners suggested hiring a tuk tuk driver for the day, arranged everything and even created an itinerary so we were able to see the famous temples and some hidden gems we didn't know to look for. And im so glaf we took them up on it since it took all the stress of of us. They let us check in early and check out late since we were taking an overnight train to Chiang Rai at 9pm at night... whcih meant we didnt have to worry about anything between the regular check out time anf when we left. I can't recommend them enough! Was sad to leave this place behind!

I give 5 star for Service and location, if you are in town to look at the old capital ruins, location can´t be beaten. less than 2 km to that. small resort with home like service. i came with family for 2 nights and we all felt like home. I travel for 2 months every year so lot´s of hotels ... so i know about good and bad.... There is a bicycle on spot , takes less than 10 min to ride to old town.. I highly recommend Baan Penny, love to see when owners put the heart in to the work. .See you next time in Ayutthaya ..Thanks for superp stay.
