Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort Krabi

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was wonderful. Our pool view room was large enough for our family of 4 and we loved the big balcony. I can’t fault it really - we will be back!

I would like to provide feedback on our recent at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness in our room, which fell far below what we have come to expect from 5-star or even 4-star hotels. Additionally, the room itself was in urgent need of renovation. The extra bed provided for our child was also extremely uncomfortable. It had only a mattress a few centimeters thick placed on a hard wooden frame. Our child complained of neck and back pain. On a positive note, we appreciated the beautiful appearance of the hotel’s common areas, and the breakfast was excellent—thank you for that. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to New, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered us the option to change rooms. However, by that point, we had already decided to leave and switch to another hotel, so we checked out as soon as we found a suitable alternative. While our stay could have ended on a better note, unfortunately, the service we received upon checkout was the worst we have ever encountered. When I said thank you and goodbye, Mrs. Dao did not respond or even make eye contact. It was only thanks to the gentleman at the adjacent desk who offered a thank you and farewell on behalf of his colleague that we left with some sense of courtesy. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvement.

The facility is very excellent. Three large sliders in the swimming pool together with huge kid and teen clubs for family. Wifi is excellent, and staff also allow us to check-in late until 2:15 pm (we bought Kayak tour ticket in the moring).

Poor maintenance of the guestroom, air conditioned kept on tripping and was not working well, water shower not working well including the fan in the room. Staffs very unfriendly and rude especially at reception counters. Drinks and food very expensive. Only good thing, kids pool slide was superb and kids enjoyed it. Property need to buck up on their services and maintenance of the rooms.

The hotel is super nice, and much recommended for the kids! Rooms are spacious, the pool is perfect. And a great kids club, too. Jade was super helpful - and solved all our questions! Thank you! We would not recommend going to the restaurant at the hotel, it’s disproportionately expensive, and the service was slow and forgetful. We had to remind about half of our order a few times.

This was a disaster stay that ruined our family vacation. The fact that room was small - was ok and known when I booked the family room. But 2 the single beds for a family of 4? There is no way this is a family room and the clerk at the desk was rude stating that this is my problem as I should check the sizes of beds! She also lied to us saying that all rooms are like this. There were family suites that they could have upgraded us to- I was even ready to pay for upgrade but it was not even offered. And as an apology- they sent a letter from a management and a plate of banana and 2 oranges! Property is run down, rooms look like they are from 1950s . There are a lot of good hotels in Krabi in Ao Nang area- do yourself a favor stay away from this one!

Supernice pool (if you can find a sunbed) and ok breakfast (if you can find a table..) When we arrived (2 adults and 2 kids) they had only prepared the room for 2 persons. Took several hours to get towels and ekstra blankets for the kids. Only got 1 so they had to share 5 nights. We gave up.. the room was not good, if you want to stay here, choose poolside rooms. The room on the ”garden“ side smelled awful.. tried to upgrade og change room but imposible. Were not very clean either, bed linnen were stained and full of holes.. Location was perfect thoug.

Great hotel in a good location. Noted lots of families there. Great breakfasts Internet was sketchy in our room at times.
