Beautiful hotel with elegant finishes. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Our entire family was impressed with the facilities. The pool and gym on the 5 th floor are delightful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

I submitted a preliminary review on this wonderful hotel on the same day we checked in for our 9-day stay, simply because we were so impressed with the warm welcome we received, and with how beautiful our accommodations were. We were in a family suite on a corner of the 14th floor, with beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, where one server in particular, Moon, took wonderful care of us every time she saw us. Boom at the front desk was our contact prior to the trip, during the trip, and afterwards, when I realized I'd left an important item in the room. She helped us arrange some wonderful excursions! Everyone at the hotel was warm and welcoming.

The property was clean staff very helpful,everything was in walking distance. Ta non Kuhn dern on Saturday and Sunday had market you would need 2 days to shop. Weather was outstanding the air was clean ,if you here you have to go see the elephant sanctuary ,was a great experience for my family.
