The property is located at the heart of Sukumvit which is a place for youths. There are several shops near hotel which sell cannibis and adult toy. Beware of this if you are traveling with kids. There are many restaurants around the property. It is good choice if you come with a bunch of friends, and want to feel night life of bangkok.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 room fine, 2nd room had issues with toilet flushing despite being fixed by maintenance. Bad plumbing smell in this room. I would also consider hotel location unsuitable for families. Overheard conversation by another customer discussing ‘escort services’ with reception. Whilst reception was not arranging these it is possibly a reflection on the client base at this hotel. Lots of ‘sex toys’ openly on sale on streets locally hence my thoughts on suitability for families. Clearly not something that the hotel can influence though.
