Stayed at a suit room. In-room wash and dry laundry machine was very convenient for a week long stay and ready for next destination. Good stay for family vacation.

This is the best hotel for all visitors, single and with family. Easy access to BTS sky train (less than 3 minute walk to Phrompong BTS), shopping (elevator/escalator from hotel door to Emporium shopping complex), car park (basement level), restaurants (multiple choices within walking distance). Quiet and safe area.

The hotel was great. Good for the family as it was linked to the malls (Emporium and EMQuartier) and the Phrom Phrong BTS. The deluxe room was big and equipped. Staff were kind and accommodating to my needs for the kids My 6th stay ... will be back for the same reasons.
