Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection - an IHG Hotel

I've been stay at Sindhorn Midtown with my family 2 times per year, and everytime stay for 1 week at 2 bedroom corner suites room However, this time the room that I check in on May 22 (Room 1720) is on the floor of swimming pool. Its very humid and inside the room there are several problems: 1) croache beside the rubbish 2) Heavy noise at the small bedroom which technician cant fix 3) No TV remote control at the main bedroom (I need to request for 1) and the connection of TV were not stable It was really disappointed and I reported to hotel staff at once. Its highly appreciated that hotel staff address my problem and change the room for us. Finally we stay at Room 2120 which is the fine back to the used standard. FYI, I've been staying with this hotel, same category room for consecutive year and book via Expedia and have never been stay below 21/F which hope hotel can take care of us in future, thanks. Besides, seems there is no additional benefits of VIP services / access from either hotel or expedia, what's that, please explain, hope I can enjoy, thank you so much.

Sidhorn Midtown is a great hotel which fits family vacation (since they have 2 bedroom suite). I've been staying there twice already and will go back again However, just wonder as an expedia gold member, I didnt receive any benefits at all, it would be great if there are some benefits for gold memeber, thank you.

Excellent breakfast spread, clean and conveniently located between 2 BTS stations. Loved the little extra touches like the emergency popsicle call for kids, the 6 bottles of mineral water provided per day and also small little milk boxes for kids, air purifier in the room. Cons - Shower temperature kept fluctuating. It'd turn very hot out of a sudden and will take minutes to go back to the original temperature. Water pressure can be better too. However, this might be an isolated issue in the room we got.

Very damp room. Wet film on everything. Poor air quality in room beacause of this. Would expect more from a 5 star hotel. However, breakfast was nice and the room was clean enough. Complementary water every day. Free popsicles for kids was a hit with our 2 y.o.

Great food, and friendly service! The corner room suite is very clean and spacious which is ideal for a family trip. Even a wash machine is available!

Great hotel and centrally located. Booked the family suite and my kids enjoyed their stay very much. Will definitely return again
