The Kempinski Hotel is luxurious in all areas, a wonderful stay, very well appointed and the staff in all areas are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel facilities are fantastic for both family and individual stays. We stayed in a 2 level Executive suite on ground level with pool access from our room. Restaurants within the hotel cater for everyone’s needs and tastes. Perfectly located in the major shopping district of Bangkok all within short walking distance. The Kempinski Hotel is a must stay.

My family and I stayed at Siam Kempinski Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our room was excellent and we even got an upgrade, it was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is very kids and baby-friendly, with lots of amenities and activities that kept our little ones entertained. The staff was super nice and accommodating, they made us feel welcome and were always available to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious and we were impressed by the variety of options available. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near great shopping areas and attractions. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel and would love to go again in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience!

A very beautiful place with a splendid team, giving my wife and I a most wonderful experience and a truly memorable golden wedding anniversary! Our sincerest thanks to the hotel for their warm-hearted and amazing hospitality! We would definitely come again with my children and grandchildren soon!

The hotel was so good for family travelers. There was a big kids club.

Friendly staff, fantastic food, splendid resort facilities inside the city hub. A very satisfactory stay and will visit with family and friends again definitely!

The staff and service are impeccable!! The massage was amazing! However, the hotel is quite old and needs updating, the spa is nothing special, very tiny sauna room, the food is not the best (I was sold on reviews I Read of food but was a but disappointed): the all you can eat brunch Buffett advertisement is a bit misleading as we had to pay extra for certain foods if wanted more, there is no Buffett set up , you have to order and wait for the food which is a bit inconvenient. The actual hotel needs work but the staff and service is amazing. The location is ok for families but it’s really not that convenient for walking, if you know your way around and know how to use the metro that’s fine but expect to do a lot of walking. They provide shuttle to nearby places like the mall and red sky bar which is good. The area isn’t really like advertised, you have to take shuttle or metro to get to places

Amazing service by very attentive & helpful staff. Special mention goes to Ms Ploy, who went the extra mile to ensure that this is an exceptional stay for my family who chose to celebrate my 70th birthday @ Siam Kempinski.
