Centre Point Pratunam

We stayed on level 20, our bath area was always flooded. The toilet is extremely tiny, completely different from the photos. The towels were stained, and floor mat even had blood stain. Luckily I brought extra disposable towels for my toddler so it wasn’t so gross. Other than these, their staff are really friendly and helpful. They’re also very swift in bringing the missing toiletries to us upon request. Bedrooms are huge. Breakfast was decent, and the street has all the massage shops theatre very cheap. Away from the crowd yet not too far from where we want to be. Will still come back as I reckon these issues would be fixed, and the other two rooms that my family booked had decent sized toilets without any flooding.

Very convenient and comfortable to stay in. Suitable for adults and kids too.

The location is great as there are many shopping centers, massage parlors and food stalls nearby. Great stay for my family.

It is a pleasant stay. Moderately tall building with city view. The rooms are fantastic for family size with a connecting door. It is in the heart of Pratunam with all soughts of food within the vacinity. Convenient to get taxi/grab/tuktuk just outside the hotel. The only gripe I have was, during asking for room service, the floor was not well vacuumed. Bedsheet was changed but blanket was not. Overall great place to stay, but hope that house keeping can do better.

Centre Point Pratunam Hotel is impeccable in the following factors: - For its costs, one of the easiest to reach by Hotel through walking in the Pratunam areas to the other malls. In comparison, you be paying a considerable premium for other hotels with similar accessibility. - All round excellent services by its staffs, be it front desk, cleaning specialists or their crew handling the luggage. For instance, I missed one of their earlier cleaning sessions and they were still offering to clean my room at like near 4 PM which is rare. - One of the hotels that will be able to easily accommodate your bigger group / families with their connecting rooms at relatively affordable rates. The rooms even comes with full fridge, cooking equipment and etc. I only got one minor nitpick on what may makes this hotel nearly perfect on a cost : quality- which is that the hotel rooms (could just be the one I am in) can use some updates. For instance, my air con does emit a smell when it is not cold enough - While it does goes away with times, I can imagine some guests may outright request for a room change. Maybe the hotel can look into this or provide some form of air fresher facilities. Also, my bed was making some squeaky sounds. Overall, a satisfied customer and hope the Hotel can continue to upgrade itself.

Pleasant, helpful, staff. Modern facilities with rooftop pool. This hotel is well located. Rooms are spacious. It was an overall pleasant family experience.

Spacious and good for family

Staff are very family and always helpful and put on smiling face all the time. The room service is good. Very clean.

staff doing the clean up did a great job and they even decorated the bed with my kids' stuff toy =) which brightened their day. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to many places. Only bad thing is that the lift requires improvements, waited very long for the lift
