Ray the customer relations person was excellent and very helpful the whole time of our stay.He did above and beyond for us starting from arranging our transportation, gave information about the tourist attractions spot that we wanted to see or need to see, made our stay more comfortable less stressful and ending with good free snacks daily that he always reminded us about the snacks and entertainment with kids that made our stay more relaxing!

This is a small hotel and the concierge service is very good especially our encounter with Mr Boon Choon. He will assist you in your requests. The only thing I really dislike is the thin wall. You can hear people talking and pp keep closing the door loudly. Not very ideal for light sleepers. The breakfast was decent and the pool is located on the same floor. Pretty disappointed with the small pool. This hotel is suitable for couples, friends but not so suitable for family. Room is not that big as well.
