Spenza Hotel

A good hotel in a horrible area. From the pictures you would assume the hotel’s surroundings match its interior. The neighbourhood is very chaotic: cars going either way, motorbikes charging down the road, people walking in the middle of the road and market stalls all in the same confined area. It was quite dangerous. You must stay alert at all times. My children's feet were almost run over by careless drivers on many occasions.

Spacious n clean. Location very easy to GRAB cab. Massage salon avaliable opposite the street n downstair A big family mart avalible across the street.

Went with family of 8. Very clean and new. Daily room make up is impeccable. Breakfast is generous too. My family is happy. You do have to be careful walking to main street as the small lanes are full of passing vehicles.

I had such and amazing experience at this hotel that I must share it! I left my gold ring in my room after checking out, and only realized it when i had arrived at the airport. I emailed Spenza immediately and got a very fast response from Ms Phanpicha who helped me locate my ring and safe keep it for me till my next visit. Needless to say I will definitely be staying in this hotel again, not just for my ring, but also because of their friendly service, the fantastic local area with lots of food choices, convenience stores (they have family mart and 7-11 nearby) and massage parlours. Also compliments to the bellboy that was working on 22nd May 2019 (the young cute one lol), he was extremely helpful when our grab was taking a long time to show up (helped us talk to the driver who did not speak any english). It was really a great experience of the Thai hospitality we love so much!
