Bed bugs or mites bit my wife all over her arms and body. After suffering for 2 nights, we decided to file a complaint. They gave us another room and it was a little better, but my wife still got bit. I can see their problems, that they are using wooden skids as a base of the beds. Bed bugs and mites are attracted to bare wood. The paint on the walls of the washroom was piling off. The elevator floor was very dirty. I took some photos of the rundown hotel for proof.

Really cool location! We loved the hotel, the neat feel, the amount of space for large families, and the breakfast was delicious each day!

We booked 2 room for 8 nights, when check in, i provided the confirmation number, on the email also show 2 bedrooms, but the staff told us we only book one room, i had to make an international call to confirm with my family that we actually have booked two rooms, very unprofessional experience! After a long-haul of travel, we are all tired waiting there!
