The deco is different. Eclat is a little different than the "normal" hotels in your expectation. Overall, the hotel is small in public area. The room is nice and big though. Location is good. About 5-10 minutes walk to a MRT station. Taxi or Uber is a better option as their fare is very reasonable. The hotel maybe more suited for business or young travelers. For normal family, a more traditional hotel maybe better.
