Staffs were very rude, check in was bad attitude and rude, not a welcome word, got the key and went to room, key was not working, came down to change and not a word of apology. Went to shopping and rush to other event, ask concierge to help bring up the stuff, they put in the corridor of the room by walkway. Not a sitting area at lobby for you to sit, or wait for taxi! Not recommend if you want to bring your family vacation, bad ambience and bad staffs

My family wasn’t feeling great in the morning. She had a breakfast buffet ticket and wasn’t able to have her breakfast. When she told to hotel services, so some staff bring her some food. That was sweet.
