A suitable stay for families. There is a shopping mall adjoining the hotel which has many restaurants and kids' areas.

I had a great time staying at your hotel with my family. The surface condition of the road from the nearest metro station to the hotel is not good for suitcases, so it would be kinder to inform the guests about this in advance. For guests coming to Kaohsiung using the HSR, I think it would be better to inform them of the average taxi fare and advise them to take a taxi from the station to the hotel.

Rooms are excellent and very clean. The pool and spa area is very nice. My whole family enjoyed swimming at the pool and spa.

The room is very spacious and everything was well prepared for my baby and my requests were all met. The bathtub didn’t drain well but other than that the room is very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and my baby ate a lot! Especially the blueberry bagel was very yummy after toasting it.
