First class. This family owned hotel has mastered hospitality and obviously has excellent hiring and training programs. Staff was exceptional, food and service top notch. Naria at front desk is one of the best I’ve encountered. She was impressive in her manner and how she interacted and assisted guests.

Staff is very generous. We traveled with one year old. They always showed a lot of love and free milk. Owner family personally involved in day to day operations. We will definitely stay here again.

Tradiion Julen was outstanding...from picking us up at the train station, helping with our baby, dining, friendly staff, etc. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Great traditional family hotel, I highly recommend it. Amazing experience and location, with great spa. The hotel owner will greet you during the breakfast, which shows respect towards guests.
