Fantastic stay! Super clean, extremely comfortable apartment room with lots of space for the family. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff with lots of great info about the village. The spa is an oasis as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location , loved our junior suite , beautiful bathroom too ! Staff were unbelievably helpful , loved our time spent at their outdoor terrace ( garden ) the cocktails were yumptious !! Thank you all at the Rex for taking such good care of us ! Not to forget ...fabulous breakfast every morning ...fresh baked in house bread !! Cannot wait to come back !

It was an amazing stay at the Rex. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends if staying in Zermatt.

Great stay. Good location and staff very friendly and helpful. Shame there isn't any air con for summer months as it was unbearably hot in the room. Balcony not safe for a toddler and was hard to try and keep him away when we needed the door open to let some air in. Room a little tired but overall a good stay.
