BEAUSiTE Zermatt

Amazing property. The Grill served my family the best meal we enjoyed during our two weeks in Europe. Kudos to Kim, our server, who was professional and knowledgeable. Our Matterhorn suite was fabulous and large enough for my family - including two teenaged girls. Loved it and will gladly refer friends.

The hotel was beautiful! Pool and spa! We had a room overlooking the Matterhorn! The front desk and concierge weren’t credibly helpful! Just a 5 min easy walk to the Sunnega lift! So special for a romantic getaway or family trip!

This hotel is very nice. The Grill had amazing food. We had an amazing server named Sophia. Our food was top notch. The hot tub overlooking the city was really cool and I enjoyed the saunas and steam room. I liked our room but I was disappointed because I had paid top dollar for a grand junior suite with a view of the Matterhorn but realized after my first night that the hotel had given me the worst possible room of that category. It did not match the photo on Expedia. You had to walk out on the balcony in order to view the Matterhorn and there were two windows that showed a view of construction across the street. When I talked with the manager, he was very nice and comped our dinner but his hands were tied since I booked and paid through Expedia. I would just be aware that you may not get the room you booked.

Everything about our stay at the Beausite was amazing! The property was absolutely beautiful as well as the amenities! The location was perfectly set just outside the main town center but just a 2 minute walk. We enjoyed our spacious panorama suite with plenty of space for a family of 4! The pool was so enjoyable with its picturesque view of the Matterhorn! We ate at all of the restaurants which were all delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Highly recommend the Beausite!

The spa area along with the Matterhorn view are what make the property special. The breakfast is also good along with the front desk staff. Did not like the concierge Thomas; he was condescending and quite rude. He put a bad taste of Swiss people in our mouths. We had just arrived from Austria and he insulted Austria along with Canadian skiing (skiing in both places was better than Zermatt so it was cringe). All of the hotel staff in Austria treated us like family, this concierge talked to us rudely. We heard other people in the hotel talking about how he treated them.

One of the best and most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in! Room with a Matterhorn view & balcony is a must. We booked the junior suite with Matterhorn view, it was extremely spacious and very lovely overall. The service was wonderful and staff very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The customer service of the Beausite team is nothing short of exceptional! From advising on getting the best experience tickets to suggesting all veggie restaurants, to even helping my partner get me an emergency doctors visit due to a sudden bout of stomach issues, this team felt like our family! We will definitely return!
