Front desk agents were nice and accommodating, we had 2 big rooms (3 person room-2 adults one child under 7), internet was fast. Hotel is very convenient-near train station (fr train station underground, look for Burger King and take the stairs or elevator from there (think its by track 41 or 44) because this is the nearest exit to take you to the hotel, otherwise its a long walk bec Zurich main train station is big). Hotel is also a short walk to the museum. Starbucks right next to the hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
