St Gotthard Hotel

Great location right by the Zurich HB main train station. Also, great local transportation access on the tram right on your doorstep. Upon checkin they did not have the room selection we had booked, which sucked. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was supposed to be 2 twins. My 2 teen kids had to share a bed (1 girl, 1boy), luckily a king bed. The other room, a queen bed had the hardest mattress, to the point I could feel the spring poking in my back. Bathrooms in both rooms were nicely updated. No shampoo or conditioner, only body wash. The carpet was dirty and not clean. We booked the top view room with balcony for both rooms, and the little balcony was very nice. I would not stay here again. It was fine given the excellent location.

We had a junior suit that has one extra TV room which we did not use. I choose the suit because it has a King bed and all other rooms has either two single or one queen beds stated.
