Grand Hotel Suisse Majestic, Autograph Collection

Fantastic hotel and location with amazing food. i got the deluxe room with lake view - absolutely stunning!! For check-in I witnessed some cranky staffers who were probably a bit stressed with the influx of tourists asking questions and/or being demanding that I did not experience the type of service expected but my check-out girl was SO WONDERFUL and even remembered my luggage/me after I had left for hours to explore. Worth spending your dollars on. Please note the bathroom is a bit tight in the deluxe unit I got so if you are bulkier, may be annoying and water pressure was a little on the lighter side! I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends though.

Stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Room with Sea view. 2 adults and 1 baby. Amazing location outside the railway station - we got the direct train from Geneva airport and you simply step into the hotel from the station. view was incredible from the hotel - loved sitting on the balcony. This in summer would be amazing as south facing! The restaurant where you have breakfast is lovely. View is great and the food matches that also. We really enjoyed the breakfast. In the deluxe room the mini bar is free per stay - soft drinks and water. Nice touch. Supermarket across the road - 2 in fact - one open late as it’s attached to the railway station. Always helps. Genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel - it’s reassuringly expensive!!!!!
