Clean rooms, friendly staff. This hotel is closest to telecabines so for families on ski trips it’s perfect.

Great summer family one night stay. It felt like a classic ski hotel, definitely a little dated and frayed at the edges, but great Service/Staff, clean room, and fantastic (safe) raised bunk beds for our 7, 10 year old kids. Lovely Breakfast buffet choices and a lovely balcony and view.

Except for the hotel staff, we had a terrible stay at this hotel. We were given double beds that were Murphy beds and we couldn’t put beds together. So, my husband and I slept on separate beds for four nights. Our room was a connecting room, so we felt as if we had guests on each side of our room in the room with us. Walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Zero privacy! On top of that, the hotel was full of children who were running on the hallways, knocking on doors, yelling until late hours, etc. Breakfast was decent. My husband and I couldn’t wait to leave and we are not coming back.

Put up in the annex building with what seemed several schools attending , all with kids screaming and running down the corridors. Requested another room in a quieter part of the hotel. Was moved to another room but not escaping the relentless noise. Put a dampener on an otherwise ok stay. Food was ok, staff friendly enough. Location for the gondola station very good only a short walk. Free parking spaces and excellent location for access to the local shops and facilities. luckily only stayed a few days which was about our limit.
