Exceptional service, we were traveling with an infant and they accommodated every request including providing extra crib, ice packs, dishwashing detergent for baby bottles. Free breakfast had a huge variety of great options. Centrally located, very convenient access to the hotel from train station via funicular. Kind and caring staff.

Amazing hotel. The staff was incredible. Every member was eager to please and they all went out if their way to help us with anything we needed. The front desk, the bar, the restaurant, breakfast- there are no nicer people in the world. Rooms were small but so clean. Bed was all white bedding and super comfy. Parking was a breeze and the garage was a fun sight to see for our kids. Close proximity to everything- the lake, shops, restaurants. The only issue I had is I wish we had stayed longer here!!!
