After I confirmed our arrive at hotel around 11:00 pm, and once we got there, the door man said the hotel is occupied completely full. Then he offered us to stay at Swiss - Chalet. He showed me the room,which was located across a bar which was laud music and guest screaming. We did refuse to stay, so we went back to our family which was 1 hour away,and spend the night there,The next day I called and the operator at the reception was unfriendly and arrogant,saying I don’t know what happened. I want make clear that the conversation was in Swiss - German our language.
