Hi, we were a family of 4. The room was very small for us. But the location, the service, the free breakfast were excellent. I would recommend this place especially for couples.

It was like staying at someone’s home when your not feeling welcome. We should have read the other reviews as we had the same exact bad experiences. Check in staff were rude and now hospitable. Very rarely do we write a bad review but this time a bad review was needed especially for families with small children. The first comment when seeing our 6 month old was “we are not a baby hotel.” We pre-booked two nights and left after the first knowing we would lose the cash.

I stayed in a room with great view of Eiger. Great hotel for a family. Breakfast was lovely. They served the best scrambled egg in the world👍
