My son and I travelled to Basel for a week long vacation. Hotel Marthof was our home base for 5 days and the stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and super helpful. I made a mistake when extending my stay and they helped correct it without issue. They always anticipated what we needed- having taxis ready for us when we were heading to the train station, etc. The location is great for walking around and the rooms were quite and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I travel for business or family vacation. I highly recommend staying here!
