Everything was great. Staff were helpful, breakfast had a good choice, room was clean. Only issue is the rooms are very small for a family room as the sofa turns into the 3rd/4th bed and leaves no remaining floor space. Not enough clothes hanging space, only enough for one or two people, not a family of four.

I did not get the room I booked, I was placed in a disabled room with a wet room and many other things for the disabled. I asked to change my room but the hotel was fully booked with many young school children.. very noisy at night and the room was not clean.

We needed a hotel for just a night for a very early morning flight from Valencia airport, this holiday inn exceeded all expectations. What could’ve been a forgettable ordinary experience was turned into a memorable and positive one thanks to the super friendly team working there, my young kids especially appreciated that the overnight manager prepared bagged breakfasts for us ready when we checked out at 4:30am. And she did it with a smile, caring, and warmth. Everything else about the property was great, clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient for getting some last minute items and quick food at the mall next door.

The area was near a factory, and the smell was horrible. As well, during the early morning, they began making noise, and it woke my family and I up. The air conditioning did not work too. However, the Wi-Fi was strong and fast.
