Actually they switched us to another hotel, because the "junior deluxe suite" that we had pre-paid for was being worked on. So we accepted a similar "junior deluxe suite" at nearby Hotel Urban, another 5-star hotel. We didn't get the terrace and king-size bed that we had reserved (at Hotel Villa Real). But Hotel Urban was excellent in every way, and we're glad we included the breakfast because it was white linen service for both a buffet and cooked to order hot breakfast every morning. We'd stay at Hotel Urban again!
