Excellent stay, it is a very good hotel, very friendly staff, family friendly, it was the celebration of my wedding anniversary and the managers Mr. Francisco Mora, Mrs. Sandra Hernández and they staff, were very attentive that our day was very special! the staff is available 24 hours for hotel guests! I loved the safety, the cleanliness, the room, and its convenient location, its restaurants, it is everything you need in one place! 💯 stay, the best hotel in Madrid center!

The Palacio oozes with class and grace. As soon as you walk in to check-in, the staff tries its very best to make you feel special. Our junior suite was huge with a walk-in closet as big as some other hotel rooms. Everything was clean, working, and charming. Red Level was part of our booking and it was worth it. The tapas were great, the lounge was impeccably beautiful as it leads out to a private garden. The drinks alone from bottomless champagne to all kinds of hot drinks and refreshments, make stopping by at the lounge a delight.

This was our family’s first trip to the motherland. We chose this hotel for our stay and we’re very happy we did! It is centrally located yet it’s on a nondescript street away from the bustle of the city. The accommodations were smart and contemporary. The red level club access was amazing! The staff on point and attentive. Madrid merits repeated visits. It’s such a beautiful city. We will be back and we will stay here again. God willing.

The hotel was superbly situated for central Madrid and for all transport links. The staff were really friendly, helpful and obviously enjoyed their work. We had a junior suite which I couldn't fault. All our expectations were met and more! The gardens were a beautiful oasis and the food and service excellent. I didn't want to leave and would thoroughly recommend it. I'm looking forward to going back!
