No doubt look on the room. when my kid loss one of room key. I do not feel safe for sheep at whole night.

The location can’t be beat. Even our taxi driver from the airport said it was a great location and close to so many things. The train station was across the road. A beautiful huge park across the road. Museums next door and a couple of minutes walk, restaurants, bus stops, ( Hop On Hop off at the doorstep) and still an easy walk to plaza Sol and Mayor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was prepared early and we were able to check in early. The room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom with a lovely big tub to soak in after a full day of exploring. On arriving in the room we were greeted with a lovely assortment of dainty sweets and tea and coffee making equipment which was appreciated after a long flight. The bed was very comfortable. Our grandchildren who occupied a second room were so comfortable that they slept for 17 hours after their long flight. ( ages 7 and 9). I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Madrid again.
